Art Journal Pages

Ok with the Olympics completed I can get back my crafting.  I love to watch the Olympics and again all the Canadian athletes gave it their all.
                              Congratulations and thanks for making us so proud !!!!!

Here are a couple of art journal pages I worked on this weekend.

The first one was a collage page using fun paper from Project Life - Kraft. I added a little embossing, coloured up a stamp with my Copics and added a fun pocket of 10 things I'd like to do. I added a cute sentiment to finish the page off. I love the finished look.

This one I did at my art journal class that I take at Scrapping Great Deals. We used Gelli plates with acrylic paint. It took me a bit to get the hang of the plate. At first I wasn't sold on it then after a little practice I actually really started to like it.  I'm sure I'll use it for plenty of other projects. It's a little hard to see but I added a sweet stamp of a young couple walking hand in hand. I LOVE the stamp!!!!

I'm going to tidy up the house a little then settle in to craft some more.  I'll share what I make once I get it completed.
