I love the weekend!

I love my weekends! The work week is done and the weekend is my time to do the things I enjoy most..like crafting.  Oh sure, I have housework, errands and laundry but those tasks seem better when I know that I'll be crafting in between.

This weekend I worked on my art journal, made some cards and if all goes well this afternoon I'll settle in to work on my Project Life album. I have some wonderful Thanksgiving photos to add from my friend's cottage.

Below are a couple of the cards I made last evening. I love House Mouse stamps, however haven't been colouring them up lately so I pulled them out and made a couple of cute cards with them.  It's inspired me to do some more with them, hmm maybe later today I can do some :-)

The cardstock, DP, ribbon and embellies are all from Stampin'Up. I really like that package of DP so I've been doing lots with it of late. I coloured them with my Copics of course.

Aren't these images so darn cute !! Every time I look at House Mouse images I smile 'cause they just make me happy.  Don't you love when you have something simple in your life that provides this to you.

Anyhow, off to complete a couple of tasks and errands then I can craft some more.
