My little "nephew" Jack is such a delight and so full of energy! He just seems to wake up each morning determined to fit as much into his day as possible - he just go and goes, sitting still just doesn't appear to be part of his day. I think it awesome, however sometimes Jack does have to sit still ( I know Jack just doesn't seem fair) of course that means while he's in school. So his Mom - who deserves to be Mother of the Year, seriously this lady is incredible in everything she does! I just adore her and am so glad she is my friend. She meets Jack at school during break times and goes for a walk with him to help him wear off his extra energy. Best of all it gives them one on one time together to share what's happening in each others day. Jack has been doing so well in settling down as a result of the walks and his hard work that I felt he deserved a card telling him just that.

The image is from High Hopes - Monkey Business, the card stock and matting from Bazzil in rust, green and taupe. I stitched around the edges, added some Bella bling and coloured with my Copics and shaded with my Prisma pencil crayons.
Copics used were: E15, E17, E25, E00, E000, R20, YG25 and YG63.
