Well I must admit I really could get use to just spending my days at home sipping coffee and doing crafts. The only problem would be I'd run out out of money for crafts supplies and coffee without a paycheque. Oh well a girl can dream and I can simply savour my last day off before returning to work.
Oh my gosh my body is aching this morning, I went to hot yoga yesterday and was I ever glad. It felt wonderful to stretch out & simply relax in the heat. Although this morning I felt like I aged 50 yrs.! That just tells me I need to drink lots more water and get back to another class soon- perhaps even this evening. If you've never tried hot yoga I highly recommend it. The relaxing and detoxifying benefits are wonderful! We have a great studio in town called Moksha and the staff are so caring and dedicated. Just an overall positive experience!
I really should talk about the card I posted today. As I mentioned I would be posting cards that I had made when my friend was over and my personal challenge was to use up scraps in attempt to reduce the clutter in my craft room.
I love this card it's simple, yet makes a statement. The card stock is Stampin'Up's - Baja Breeze and the matting has been done with Chocolate Chip. The sentiment is from Unity Stamps. The little embellies are from Stamping Bella ..I just love their embellishments ...and their stamps- guess it's another of my fav places to shop :-)
I liked this verse so much I stamped it in my journal too. It really speaks to me. I think too often we spend our lives waiting to find ourselves as though it is magically going to happen on it's own rather than realizing more than likely we have everything and everyone already there in our lives we just need to create what it is we want....
Enjoy this beautiful January day !
