Simplicity

Can you believe Christmas is just days away ! I will admit that I'm all ready..I have my shopping done and the gifts all wrapped..just waiting for the big guy to arrive.

This past year my life has been filled with lots of uncertainty and change. So I decided that the best thing I can do is to simplify my life, enjoy the love of my family and friends, find peace in my heart, and remember to live in the moment. I believe today's card reflects some of that...

The image is Stamping Bella- Holly in a Jar. The cardstock is Stampin'Up's- glossy white that has been edged with Baja Breeze.( I love the icy blue colour -my fav!)
There are two different DP that the image has been matted on. The image was coloured with my Copics.
YG25, YG23, R24,R05,BG32, and BG10.

The addition of a pretty blue dew drop and some fun ribbon adds just the right touch to maintain the simplicity I was searching for, yet dress it up for the season.

I was very pleased with how this card turned out :-)

...Hmm I'll have to do some playing around with my photography skills- just not able to get the cards looking as nice on the blog as they do in real life. I better pull out my "Photography for Dummies" book- I know there will be a tip there to improve the lighting.
