I love the look of this little guy just getting carried away by his balloon. You just want to reach up and pull him into your arms for a little snuggle.
The Stamp is from CC Designs- Birthday Bash. The card stock is Stampin Up's Rich Razzleberry, and Old Olive both mats were edged with the corresponding ink. The DP is from my stash. The little cupcake brad seemed to be the perfect embellie for this little guy.
The Copics used were:
E35, YG23, YG25, YR04, Y38, Y35, YR16, R20. The little bit of sparkle came from my Gelly Roll - Clear Star pen.
